Legal entity, privacy contact and effective date: to be confirmed.

What we collect

• Account details: name, email and password (stored hashed).
• Application details you choose to enter, step by step: contact, address, employment and income estimates, vehicle preferences.
• Documents you upload, such as a driver's licence or proof of income.
• Basic technical data needed to run the site securely (for example, sign-in sessions and rate limiting).
• Campaign information from links you followed to reach us (e.g. “utm” tags). No personal data is included.

We do not ask for your Social Insurance Number, banking passwords or payment card details in the online application.

Why we use it

• To let you apply and track your request.
• To share your application with the one dealership you agree to when you submit.
• To send you messages about your request. Marketing emails only if you separately opt in.

Who receives it

Your application goes to a single participating dealership, named on the review screen before you submit (or, with no preference, our group customer team, who will assign one and tell you). Group administrators may access records for oversight; that access is logged. We don't sell your information.

Retention and deletion

Retention periods, deletion process (including stored files and backups) and service providers/storage locations are to be confirmed.

Your choices

You can ask to see or correct your information, or withdraw consent for future use, by contacting us. Contact: hello@example.invalid.
